We have all seen the effects of
what some of our bad habits can do to our skin. These habits include
smoking, drinking alcohol in excess, sun-worshipping, and unhealthy eating, can
all of which attributes to our skin.
When we are younger, we may not think of what our bad habits is doing to
our appearance, it isn't until we get into our late 20's or early 30's
that we begin to see the damages of the sun, or smoking, through lines
and wrinkles and age spots.
The
good news is there is plenty we can do to reverse the negative habits of our
youth. Through proper skin and health care, we can repair some of the
damage done.
